About doppiafila

doppiafila is a free app that helps drivers in Italy communicate politely and privately when a double-parked car is blocking another. Whoever gets blocked can alert the driver with a simple scan — no notes on the windshield, no honking.

How it works

1. Keep your QR code on the dashboard. Every user has a personal QR code, generated by the app and printable on a card.
2. A blocked driver scans it. Using the app, they point at the QR on the blocking car and send a request to move.
3. You get the notification and reply. The owner receives a push notification and can reply “on my way”.

Contact stays anonymous: phone number and identity are never shown to the other person.

Sign in with Google

To use doppiafila you sign in with your Google account. We only request basic, non-sensitive scopes (openid, email, profile):

• first and last name,
• email address,
• profile picture.

We use this data solely to:

• create and identify your doppiafila account;
• show your name and picture to the people you notify, unless you choose anonymous mode.

We do not post anything on your behalf, we do not read email, contacts or files, and we do not access any other data from your Google account.

Privacy and data control

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from within the app.

Cos’è doppiafila

doppiafila è un’app gratuita che aiuta gli automobilisti italiani a comunicare in modo educato e privato quando un’auto in doppia fila ne blocca un’altra. Chi resta bloccato può avvisare chi guida con una semplice scansione — senza biglietti sul parabrezza e senza clacson.

Come funziona

1. Tieni il tuo codice QR sul cruscotto. Ogni utente ha un codice QR personale, generato dall’app e stampabile su un cartoncino.
2. Chi è bloccato lo scansiona. Con l’app inquadra il QR sull’auto che blocca e invia una richiesta di spostamento.
3. Ricevi la notifica e rispondi. Il proprietario riceve una notifica push e può rispondere “sto arrivando”.

I contatti restano anonimi: numero di telefono e identità non vengono mai mostrati all’altra persona.

Accesso con Google

Per usare doppiafila accedi con il tuo account Google. Richiediamo solo gli ambiti di base e non sensibili (openid, email, profile):

• nome e cognome,
• indirizzo email,
• immagine del profilo.

Usiamo questi dati esclusivamente per:

• creare e identificare il tuo account doppiafila;
• mostrare il tuo nome e la tua immagine alle persone che avvisi, a meno che tu non scelga la modalità anonima.

Non pubblichiamo nulla a tuo nome, non leggiamo email, contatti o file e non accediamo a nessun altro dato del tuo account Google.
